What is your return policy?
- If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for any reason with all parts and product packaging intact within 30 days for a full refund. Please use the order lookup form at the bottom of this page to get started on your return. You can also contact us using our Contact Us page or call us toll free at +1 (844) 288-0011.
Are there any items that I can’t return?
- All items available for purchase on our site are eligible to be returned.
Will you provide a shipping label for my return?
- If your return is due to a damaged/defective product or because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. For all other return reasons, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
When will I receive my credit?
- Once we receive your returned product and verify that all parts and the product packaging is intact, we will issue a refund to your card within five business day. Please note that depending on your credit card company, a refund credit can take up to 7 days to appear on your card statement.
What if I receive the wrong product?
- If your return is because of an error on our part, contact us and we’ll provide a pre-paid return label. Please contact us toll free at +1 (844) 288-0011 or send an email to Service@ComEdMarketplace.com and we’ll send you return instructions and the pre-paid shipping label.
